Stalopam is an antidepressant and anxiolytic. You should not get hooked to trika, as it is alprazolam and can be highly addictive and harmful on the longer run. Better you consult a psychiatrist and get treated as the symptoms are that of anxiety. What was your Vit B 12 level, has it become normal, have you rechecked it with another lab. There are many loose strings. Good luck.

Anxit (alprazolam) can be used for emergency for anxiety. If the symptoms are present on most of the days continuously, you need to consult a psychiatrist and get your anxiety/ depression evaluated and may need a course of safe daily medications. Anxit should never be taken daily. Long term it can cause serious problems like early dementia, cognitive changes, personality changes, even withdrawal seizures, all the best.

Trika is used to relieve excess (moderate to severe) anxiety and to treat anxiety associated with depression. It is not to be used for mild anxiety associated with stress of day today life situations.
I would suggest you take this with your personal psychiatrist and adjust your dosage after he thoruoghly examines you.

Trika 0.5 mg is alprazolam, which can be taken for short duration only, maximum 2 weeks. If anxiety requires treatment for long, kindly consult a psychiatrist, who will give better and more appropriate medications. Trika when taken on a longer run cam cause early dementia, shrinking of brain, memory loss, personality changes, withdrawal seizures, irriability and depression. Dear, alprax contains alprazolam. It is a short acting medicine that makes one drowsy/sleepy. But when used for a longer time and then suddenly stopped it can lead to rebound sleeplessness. It does have side effects and I would not recommend that you take it continuously.
You may gradually try to decrease the dose to half then take it alternate day and then stop it over 2 weeks. Don't stop immediately. There are other safer drugs for insomnia that you can use instead.
