I am 45 years old who is taking codeine phosphate cough syrup and alprax for the last 15 yrs. I never stop doing for 1 day. I took 5 bottles of codeine and 6 pills of alprazolam. I sweat excessively, weight gain, shaky hands. every time I try to quit, the withdrawal is causing too many problems. My legs, feet and hand sweat and sometimes it is swollen and my shoes almost unfit but after I got up in the morning, it become alright. My white discharge were flow out thats why I used panty liner all the time. I have diabetes and high bp. Please can you prescribe a substitute which will make it painless during the withdrawal syndrome.

It's good that you are trying to withdraw. But don't stop abruptly go slow withdrawals. Visit a de addiction clinic outside your state. I am sure it will help.

If you're wearing a panty liner for discharge, then the pad-changing rules apply. Basically, if the panty liner still looks fresh and clean, there's really no need to change it more often than once a day. A panty liner is meant to be worn for one day.
