For cough cold avoid spicy food and all the cold stuff if you are having itching in throat you can do saline gargles wd povidone iodine solution for hepatitis avoid fatty food please about minimal fat and a carbohydrate rich diet is helpful incuiding glucose solution and rice and sugarcane juice.

The symptoms of burning in mouth is different condition it may not be related with Jaundice, as matter of fact jaundice is condition or symptoms it is not the disease it self underlying cause of jaundice is matter of concern, for burning sensation of mouth, Povidone Iodine Gargle cab be used

The redness is due to injury.
Since how long it's been seen,
Is any other part of your dog body has same lesion.
If it's primary injury or slight infection, U can apply povidone iodine solution 3 to 4 times daily on the affected area.

He maybe having pharyngitis i.e inflammation of the pharynx. Many children also have tonsillitis. So cannot confirm without examining. However give lozenges, warm fluids like soups to soothe. And continue gargling with diluted povidone iodine solution. Pain will reduce gradually.

I have gone through the details mentioned. It is difficult to understand why the treatment given took so many changes. Because no where you have mentioned actual tsh, t3 & t4 values. Because levothyroxine is given to treat hypothyroidism, usually when tsh is > 10 mu/l.
Hyperthyroidism is exactly an opposite condition where tsh < 0.01 mu/l. Where there is very high t4 & t3 level. In that methimazole is given usually for 18 months to 2 years. Similarly if that ...more

Daily requirement of salt is 5g or one teaspoon per day. Normal table salt is routinely consumed and is iodised. Excess dosage may cause higher minerals levels and skin changes. Iodised salt daily assures proper iodine and thyroid levels. Take plenty of water. If complaints persist beyond a month consult a physician for finding exact cause of your complaints.
