Very similar. Clopivas has been tested and is probably slightly more effective blood thinner. Brillinta has been less well studied, is useful in few special situations.

A/ avoid or reduce sunlight exposure
b/ use sun protection cream
see a dermatologist who will assess the problem and then prescribe. Its in your interest not to go for an online prescribed medication. Its difficult ,rather impossible to give a prescription online without seeing a patient

Black is beautiful. Why do you want to change it. All these measures are temporary and need constant maintenance because when you stop them the colour tends to return. Besides you will always need to use a sunscreen as long as you use skin lightening agents. Its best to avoid sun light, use sun hat & sun screen protection.

Hello Sir, I would like to inform you that your father will have to continue the medicines life long as these medications are blood thinners, they prevent the heart from secondary blockages and maintain the rhythm of the heart. Also medications for diabetes and hypothyroidism should be continued lifelong. Thank you. Wishing you and your family a good health.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Tablets like axcer 90, martorva 80 mg & star press xl are all related to your cardiac problem and hypertension. So it is better to ask your physician who has prescribed those. Invariably most of these need to be used continuously. As regards insulin which is used for controlling blood glucose, again needs to be used for life long. Because diabetes can only be controlled. There is no cure. Thanks.
