When one is on the adequate dosage of levothyroxine tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l. At that level, all the symptoms associated with hypothyroidism are in check. Since your tsh is still high, there appears to be a need for increasing the dose by 12.5 mcg (25 + 12.5 = 37.5 mcg). Then check tsh after 6 weeks to see if the desired level is achieved. For d3 deficiency please take vitamin d3 capsules or sachets (once a week for 8 weeks). There is no ay...more

You can take osar 25 twice a day and levothyroxine early morning before any food is taken and do not take milk with it. Gabapentin can be taken anytime and pantoprazole half an hour before breakfast.
