Lupus anticoagulant is an autoantibody associated with excess blood clot formation. It is done when you have had signs and symptoms of a blood clot in a vein or artery (known as thrombosis or thromboembolism); when you have a prolonged PTT test; when you have had recurrent miscarriages.

Heparin is given to as a treatment is such case so the clot formation is not there.

Hello. Acne develops resistance to clindamycin so donot use it continuously. You can continue using benzoyl peroxide gel at night if you still get pimples. Use Kojic cream in the morning on full face one pea size drop for 3 weeks to take care of acne spots and patchiness.
