Many things can trigger a muscle cramp. They include:
Poor blood circulation in your legs
Working calf muscles too hard while exercising
Not stretching enough
Being active in hot temperatures

The celestamine tab is a steroid preparation and I do not advise you to take it just like that for a breathlessness whcih can be controlled by bricanyl tab which is better than vent forte. You can also take astahlin tablet whcih should be available everywhere. You have asthma and nebulisation is better ad=nd the gold standard of treatment whcih can be kept at home for as low an investment as 2000/-

No need for most of your extra actions .....do small favour to your heal and whole area above ....out of 40 to 60 blood vessels and 46 miles long nerves .....some may have been I distress ...just massage whole area up down right left with a self made cream in Methyl sulpha methane plus aloe GELLY from some top nutraceutical company and see results stat for yourself ...ask for any question if any...!!!
