The celestamine tab is a steroid preparation and I do not advise you to take it just like that for a breathlessness whcih can be controlled by bricanyl tab which is better than vent forte. You can also take astahlin tablet whcih should be available everywhere. You have asthma and nebulisation is better ad=nd the gold standard of treatment whcih can be kept at home for as low an investment as 2000/-

I am suffering from digestive problems and have fatty liver from last 3 years. From last year sometimes I have pain in left testes, anus, tip of the penis. Severe pain for some time. But last month I am having this pain continuously for more than 2 days and then I went to an urologist. He written some tests and gave medicines for 1 month. There is relief in my pain but I felt very sleepy all the day and constipation. Those written test are urine culture, uroflowmattery and some blood tests. Reports are normal. But after few days I feel heaviness in my lest testes during that medication. And went to that doctor and written scrotum ultrasound and report is early s left sided varicocele Then he written semen analysis and I.FSH. Report o FSH is 3.92 mIU/mL. Total sperm concentration is 34.00 million/mL and semen fructose qualitative is positive. I didn't show these reports to him because he is out of station. I already spent 7000 rs. I am a student. I don't know what to do whether to go to him or should I self diagnosed myself by changing my lifestyle. Please suggest me.
