If you're sure that the staining is caused by the foods or beverages you're consuming, there's a simple home remedy that can often help whiten them again. Mix baking soda and water, and brush your teeth with it every few days to supplement your typical oral care routine.

Mr. Lybrate-user, your blood sugar readings are really good. But by one single reading it is difficult to advise any dosage change. If consistently you get the similar readings then dose reduction can be looked at. What is hba1c%, that will give an idea of long term control. Another important aspect is you have grade 1 obesity with a bmi of 30.3 kg/m2, your ideal body weight should be 68 kgs, there is 25 kg extra weight. Reducing it will contribute a great deal in sugar control.

After every feed burp the baby for about 20 minutes. When you r awake you can keep baby in side position or on tummy. At night you can burp by lying baby on urself in reclining position for 30 min. If baby is gaining weight then these vomiting are harmless, otherwise see a pediatrician.

Halotosis has many causes eg stomach ulcers, gingivitis. Chlorhexidine gluconate is a good option for post brushing in the morning and at night. Avoid using any other mouthwash during this period. If the problem still persists then I suggest visiting the medicine or dental department in a nearby hospital.

It seems that there is nothing wrong with her blood profile so the thing left is health of your sister's gums. Any infection/ inflammation of gums leads to bleeding, so get her teeth cleaning done again and tell her to maintain oral hygiene good. You may need to take some antibiotics and vitamins. But to prevent recurrences you have to be very punctual about hygiene measures. Do visit your dentist once in 3 months initially and 6 months later on.
