Most likely you are suffering from Sentinel tag which develops when Anal Fissure is not treated in time and it becomes chronic. - your problem could be due to hemorrhoid or an anal fissure
- have a diet rich in fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, sprouts, peas, nuts, figs to avoid constipation
- have 2-3 litres of water per day for proper hydration & digestion
- avoid straining at stools
- mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water & have it one hour before bedtime at nigh...more
