Hello, we need to know the carb: protein: fat ratio before giving you a solution to it, as the ideal ratio differs from individual to individual. It is alright if you have more carbohydrates in the morning as you anyways seem to be under weight looking at what information you have mentioned above in the description. Just don't over do on your simple carbohydrates try keeping complex carbohydrates in your diet that comes from whole cereals and pulses.
