Hello. Please get checked for a urine infection. It’s fairly common after surgeries. A urine routine test will diagnose this. Make sure that you are not constipated by consuming plenty of liquids and fibre.

First line of drug for fever is paracetamol only. These are antipyretic and anti-inflammatory medicines
combinations of paracetamol and ibuprofen are available eg combiflam, ibugesic plus.

Both medicines should not be used either individual or in combination. Paracetamol is safer. These medicines are not useful in cough or cold unless there is fever.
