You can't be pregnant as there is already tubal ligation 16 years ago. May be it is due to hormonal changes or premenopausal phase. There is nothing to worry about. To bring menses take homoeopathic medicine pulsatilla. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance.

Either you take nova rapid or jardiance because both decreases blood sugar. Yes with nova rapid sugar was not controlled then you can take both simultaneouly. No problem.
We can decrease dose of nova rapid accordingly.
Regarding foam in urine better you go for urine complete analysis. Then tell the reports. Most probably phosphates are passing in urine. You can ask on line.

Sorry to learn that in spite of so many medicines your blood sugar levels are very high. You require consulting your doctor for a proper adjustment of your insulin dosages, The doctor may also think of changing the insulin
I notice your weight is on the higher side, hence you may ask your doctor about GPL-1 agonist which will not only help you to control diabetes but would be very helpful in reducing your weight. Unfortunately, these medicines are expensive

20 days before, my ear was blocked so I went to family doctor. He has given 2types of tablet and soliwax drop. I have used those and again went to doctor due to ear blocking problem was not solved. Doctor we need to see ent specialist as need to remove wax. So took appointment of ent specialist, he has removed wax and suggest to use soliwax drop daily 2 times. At that time I felt better than before. But immediate next day again I felt my ear got blocked, called the ent specialist, got response that need to be patient, it will take 2 days to get better condition. In those 2-3 days I have used ear buds to remove wax cz I felt there is something in my middle ear, due to this there was inflammation in my middle ear. I have called doctor, he suggested me different prescription which i'm using last 3 days: 1/2 tablet cifran ct and 1 tablet of zerodol after lunch and dinner, twice in a day. And otoflu ear drops twice in a day. Also he suggested a pain killer named flexon. Yesterday it was hilarious pain in my ear, which I was unable to bear, even I can not move my mouth, unable to eat and talk. One of my family member called my doctor and explained my condition. doctor suggested to share picture of my ear, which I have sent, and he prescribed sefdin 300 which need to added in my earlier prescription. So I have started to take all 3 tablets after lunch and dinner, also he suggested use otoflu drops 2 times a day. And if pain is unbearable then flexon can be used. From the day before yesterday till the moment, I am taking flexon by morning 11 30 when pain get started then again i'm taking flexon by 9 30 pm, so I have used 8 flexon tablet, which I took permission of doctor. But still i'm not getting relief from this ear pain. Doctor is very helpful but suggested medicines are not useful as i'm still facing this unbearable pain in my ear. Please suggest on this condition, what needs to be done in my case.

Dear Doctors. Had a two IVF done, One went to ectopic (Doc Said) and other went to miscarriage with B-HCG level 3900 (4th week pregnancy ). During the IVF, I have noticed that my Glucose level was fluctuating (Mostly between 150 to 200) but strange thing was, It’s always high in evening times. My Doc implanted the Embryo, when my HBA1C was 7 and the following medicine was prescribed after embryo transfer (ET) Tab Estrabet 2 mg. Cap Strone 400 mg GEL Utreva GEL 8% w/w Cap KQ-100 Cap Consevel Tab Wysolone 10 mg Tab Zinetac 150 mg Ing AqSusten 25 mg Inj Busarlin 0.5 Unit Injec Endokine Before ET, Doctor need to create some lining in Uterus and for that She suggested the below medicines Cap Consevel Cap KQ-100 Cap PureZest 400 mg Inj Busarlin oestrogel Latest Report for Thyroid and Sugar T3: 114 T4: 8.80 TSH: 2.632 HBA1C: 9.1 I have also contacted with Diabetologist doing the IVF process and he suggested us the below medicines Before ET: Metformin HydroChloride 1000 mg, 2 Tablets after lunch and dinner but I felt vomit and loose motion Then Doctor asked me stop taking tablet and start taking insulin injection (10 Unit after dinner)After embryo transfer, start taking insulin injection (10 Unit after dinner)Once the pregnancy had confirmed with B-HCG 400, then he asked me to take insulin before each meal (Nova Rapid :- 5 – 8 units) I have a question, How the pregnancy got affected with sugar and how we can control it. I have seen many woman’s turn to diabetic during the pregnancy. Is there any side-effect of the injections and medicines that I am taking which may turn into legitamte diabetic. I don’t feel any symptoms of being diabetic. I would strongly suggest that this case would be handled by those doctors who handled this kind of case before. I have also tried to visit the apollo Doc (name can’t be taken) but he started turning me to move into apollo hospital. Losing the patient and money every years with disappointing.

GDM or hyperglycemia in pregnancy need to be controlled by
Diet, medicines and Insulin Your HBA1C is bit high. As you said you unable to tolerate Metformin which is routinely used in GDM. So the last resort is always Insulin. GDM can affect foetus or mother of not controlled. We use Mixtard Insulin too. Current regimen seems OK to me.
