I have had my tubes tied 16 years ago and a nova sure done 4 years ago. I still have regular periods every 27 to 28 days. I am now 8 is 9 days late for my period but a home pregnancy test is negative. I have sore tender breast, nausea and aversion to foods and smells. I am having cramps like i'm going to start my period but I haven't. Could I be pregnant? And should I go to the hospital?

You can't be pregnant as there is already tubal ligation 16 years ago. May be it is due to hormonal changes or premenopausal phase. There is nothing to worry about. To bring menses take homoeopathic medicine pulsatilla. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance.
