Dear sir I am 26 years old I have asthma problem last 22 years I have checkup treatment but whenever climates will change like rain sessions that time its happening. I am taking injunction dexsona deriphyllin and asthalin inhaler, levolin rotacaps daily 6 to 7 times. Right now i'm staying in bangalore there climate is not dutiable for me basically i'm from rajasthan. Please give me any suggestions. Thanks.

Sir you are on wrong adv. Dexona, levolin and asthlin are for emergency use. Start seretide 500 acuhaler 1 puff/twice/day. Get assesed by pulmonologist.

I Am having bronchitis asthma, and iam 6week pregnant, I took rotacaps 200, 400, and asthalin too but body is not accepting these I have to vomit very badly making sounds and pressure on stomach, feels like burning in chest and stomach as soon as I take spray. Before getting pregnant it was all OK but not now. I feel very uneasy and can't complete my breath. My chest pains. Please suggest.

Changes of pregnancy makes it difficult to control asthma and you can take LABA and nebulisation and these rota caps also . You have not told the drugs in rotacaps

I have evaluated your query thoroughly. No steroids are recommended in presence of chronic ulcers mam. It will not only worsen ulcers but also will make you dependent on it like cocaine and heroin. I am suffering from allergic bronchitis for 10 years. I am using foracort rotacaps 200 morning and evening. And also doxyfylline 400 1/2+montelukast 10 mg 1/2 both morning and night. I have allergic rhinitis. Still I am getting wheezing and asthma attacks. I am 39 year old. Whenever I get attack I take lrevolin 1 mg tablet. Is it correct treatment for allergenic asthma. I feel very good when I take combination tablet fexofenadine+"montelukast+acebrophylline. When I take this medicine I get less attacks. I stopped that medicine now using above course.

Step up asthma medicine. Can take combination of fexofenadine and montelukast. Acebrophylline is not as per protocol. Can have Total IgE done and if raised then skin prick allergy tests.

You have to rule out cardiac causes for palpitation, if so you can attribute it to anxiety and then get your anxiety medications revised as duvanta is personally not a very good choice.

Hello my husband is having below 2 problem 1) allergic to dust and cold he will get continuous sneezing and he will face difficult to breath currently he is using budamate 200 mg rotacaps for the same when ever he gets that problem 2) since from child when ever he gets penicillin injection he will faint and was difficult to get back him to consciousness- means he is not fit for penicillin injection I have heard people saying that those who are allergic to pencilin should not get covaccine now my question is: is it safe to get him vaccination for covid with the above 2 condition? Please suggest me please.
