First , pl aware about that problm , it is seronegative inflammatory arthritis which affects spine , joints muscles and make them stiff and fuse depends on severity . You can restart you previous medication with proper consulation. Facial palsy usually recovers with time. U might need to continue the facial muscle exercises. I ver rare occasions ther can reoccur. By the way have done any nerve conduction studies of facial nerve and blink refkex. They sometimes used to predict the prognosis.
