Since you are on the lowest dose of 5 mg Escitalopram, you need not taper. You can stop without tapering. But, 3 months may be too early to stop in case of major depressive disorder. i don't know the diagnosis for which stalopam mini was prescribed.

Continue taking Feliz plus as one tab at bed time untill you consult a psychiatrist. You may need higher dosage of Feliz. Don't worry continue medicines till doctor advise. Its a simple disease.
