Hi, I am having antidepressant feliz s 20 & mirsol 30 from last 45 days now I am fit and fine. But I am having side effects like low sexual desires, delay ejaculation and hair fall. So my question is which pill effects my sexual health? If stop medicine I will be fit sexually same as before or these medicine cause permanent sexual problems?

Hello- Sexual side effects are linked to antidepressants in general, but some types of medications cause greater sexual problems than others. The following antidepressants are reportedly the most problematic: citalopram (Celexa) duloxetine (Cymbalta) escitalopram (Lexapro) paroxetine (Paxil and Paxil CR) fluoxetine (Prozac) sertraline (Zoloft) You need to not only quit the medicines, but also have to start herbal supplements in order to make your sexual system active as before.
