you can use chuna ka pani. two tsf with one fourth cup of milk for long time. we used to give our kids since three months of age. u can take medicine for constipation other wise u develop fogging of brain, fatigue etc.

There is no medical management for skin tags. If you do not have any pain or discomfort, you can discontinue the cream/ointments. The skin tag won't go away without surgery, but will not cause any harm either.

I am giving you list of some calcium rich foods
1. Cheese
2. Yogurt
3. Milk
6. Fortified cereals such as total, raisin bran, corn flakes (they have a lot of calcium in one serving.)
5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens
7. Fortified orange juice
8. Soybeans
9. Fortified soy milk (not all soy milk is a good source of calcium, so it's best to check the label.)
10. Enriched breads, grains, and waffles

when you say problem of calcium, you actually mean reduced bone health.
Most often loss of bone density is due to deficiency of nutrients, not only calcium and wrong eating habits.
So, you need to maintain a healthy overall diet plan. For calcium absorption you also need other nutrients as well.
