Hi,
Basically both the medicines contain calcium and Vit D. But Supracal contains minerals like magnesium and zinc along with calcium and Vit D. If your requirement is only calcium, then the generic medicine can be taken.

The best source of vitamin d is sunlight. Sit in the sun with minimum clothes on in the morning hours for 30 mins. Pl keep your head in shadow or cover it with some leave or wet cloth. If you are not able to sit without clothes wear thin white clothes only. It is summer these days hence it will be advisable to drink 2 glasses of water before sun bath. Your weight is about 8 kg in excess. You should adopt a weight reduction program.

According to me the best one in the market is by Amway Nutrilite Daily tabkets.. it almost meets the daily requirement of our body...
Second because of high absorbability of it makes it a first choice.
It is now available on amazon on very high discounts so the cost is also taken care of.

Oral supplementation is good enough. Also take sunbath in the morning if possible to enable your body to harness sun's energy to make Vitamin D naturally. Also, since Vitamin D is fat soluble, you also need to eat fat to absorb it. Good sources are Flax seeds, Walnuts, Almonds, extra virgin olive oil, mustard oil( for cooking) and saturated fats (Ghee or malai or makhan but in less amounts).
