It is not due to side effects of the drug. I would recommend you to take an ecg and 2d- echo for your complaints and check your bp regularly. I would recommend you to to stop taking the evening dose of telplus and change over to inzit 4 mg at night if your bp is high and continue novastat.

I have seen the details given. To calculate eGFR I need to know serum creatinine value. If you have that please inform the same. Because if eGFR is lower than 45 ml/Minute metformin is not recommended. Thanks.
