I am taking telma 40 mg, ctd 6.5 and novastat tg 10 tablets for high bp cholesterol problems, recently 1 month back I moved to germany and now there are lot changes in my food but last 5 days after eating in morning while getting stand up and walking I am feeling dizziness, I am really scaring for this, this is happening due to diet changes or tablet or any other issue.

I have been a type 2 diabetic I am on following medication, I am type 2 diabetic and a heart condition of small blockage in arteries for which I am consulting a diabetelogist and a cardiactrist as well. I have recently got my medical dosage checked from both doctors and following this medication as prescribed by them. Since 2 days I am feeling dizziness and weakness every morning. What can be the reason. I have been asked to take all these medicines in night after dinner. Pls advice pioz 15 coversyl 2 novastat cu.

I have seen the details given. To calculate eGFR I need to know serum creatinine value. If you have that please inform the same. Because if eGFR is lower than 45 ml/Minute metformin is not recommended. Thanks.

Sir, my hba1c is 6.1.lipid good. Serum creatinine 0.86.microalbumin creatinine ratio 0.079.fbs 124 pps 133. Urea 13. Bun 6 .diabetic for 11 years. On teneligliptin 20 mg repace50 mg novastat 5 mg. My doctor has suggested pioz 15. Sir can I take pioglitazone as it has safety concerns. Is pioglitazone good or bad. If it is good then how long I can continue it. Please suggest.

if you controlled on a particular drug and have no other associated comorbidity i would not recommend switching unless there are some fatty liver changes.

I daily drink last few months i had problem of fast heart beat at the sleeping time in the night. Now i am having Ashokarisht of Dabur. At present it is better that last few months. I m also having high cholestrol problem. Will it lower my cholestrol?

You can take tab razel 20 mg once at night for cholesterol problem. This ayurvedic medicine is not recommended.

rosuvastatin is given in case of high ldl and low hdl...if it is not increasing your hdl then you can go for ayurvedic options also..start taking olive oil..whole grains etc...and you can also take dalcheeni powder early morning empty stomach

Hi. I am 32 years old, three days before I feel anxiety my bp is 155/105,(no sugar, no old bp case, I consult doctor and gone through ECG. Reports are normal but my cholesterol level is high (ldl) Cardiologist suggest me telma40 and nebistar 5 in morning and in evening razel f10, now I feel normal but some time I feel anxiety for 10 to 15 minutes than normal and some time I feel my some pulling aur we say (khichavat) in hindi on left side in chest but for a moment than normal. My age is 37 I suffered heart attack in jan 2017 was done angiography blood clot burster was given in which clot got broke after that everything was going on ok on 6th jan 2020 2d echo was done which came normal with lvef 50% no blood clot was seen ecg was normal. Dr. wrote tablet razel a75 daily one now from last 2 days I am feeling slight pain in my left arm muscles which making me worry alot few month same thing was happening our family doctor said me take tablet palsinuron n tablet sallaki Mr. after taking 2 days pain went away but now it again started which making me worry please suggest what should I do. Or should I do some more test or should I go to cardiologist again. Only pain in left arm muscle no other pain or symptom please guide me.
