It seems you are having over active bladder. If your urine flow is good then stop taking roliflow. It conatins tamsulosin which causes dry ejaculate, and its temporary, it will reverse after you stop medicine. If at all you require you can take alfuzosin for obstructed flow. For urgency you need to restrict your fluid intake upto 2 litre approx, restrict tea, coffee, alcohol if at all. And you can try tab solifenacin instead of roliflo. You need to consult with your urologist.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when you have an enlarged prostate and you’re trying to decide what to do next.
Each person reacts in his own way to the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (bph), a common condition for men as they age.
If your symptoms don’t bother you much and you haven’t gotten any complications, you may choose to just keep a regular eye on things.
This means seeing a doctor once a year -- or sooner if your symptoms change.

Tamsulosin is a quiet safe drug. However, a few side effects are dizziness, flu-like symptoms, cough, fever, difficulty in urination etc. Keep a watch on it.
