Came with a problem of persistent hirsutism & was diagnosed as pcod successfully currently pcod is not there as per usg inspite of that hirsutism is persistent old hair follicles not going away but new ones do not come. Was rx c^ 6 months cypokare that got rid of pcod & then 1 month spironolactone 50 mg od. Problem is hirsutism is still present and not going away though there are no new follicles. Please suggest diagnostic and therapeutic approach from this point what could it be. Why older hirsutism follicles are not going away and what has to be done post pcod treatment very recent reports 17 hydroxyprogesterone 1.38 ng / ml serum cortisol 8: 00 a.m. 22.3 (3-21 normal) serum cortisol 8 p.m. I 0.6 (should be less than 50% off a m value) acth 18.3 pg / ml (7.2 - 63.6)u s g is normal post pcod treatment.

I am 36 m, started to play volleyball ,court type outdoor just for fun ,fitness and get together of friends since last 5 months. Now since 2 months knee pain started especially while sitting and standing. Pain is just above the patella and sometime below patella. Consulted 2 doctors. 1st Dr. given 5 days bd zerodol cr and calcium /multivitamin 1 month. He suggested physiotherapy of knee that I am doing since last 1 month. 2nd doctor checked and taken standing and lateral x ray, both are normal as per him. Also orthopedic profile-1 test in which around 14 types of blood test done and all are normal. Rx joinsera forte bd --purpose cartilage rebuild calcium & d3 1 month mbal plus 1 month. Still I do not feel much relief. please suggest.

Doctor, I am 53 years HAVING DM sine 20 years and HTN 10 years on rx. For DM, I am taking Human mixtard Inj 70/30 20-0-30, for BP, Telsartan and metolar xr 25 morning and evening reply. Brilinta 90 mg 1-0-1, storvas 40 mgs and plagerine 75 mgs night time. For heart problem. I underwent angioplasty on Nov 02, 2015, as I had severe chest paid 3-4 days back and there was no attack. I used to masturbate from my young age ie when I was 15-16 years, by pressing penis to pillow/bed more and more frequently not knowing the consequences. I as suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation since 25 years almost I am unable to penetrate the penis into vagina, penis is used to come to normal immediately after erection, as there will be ejaculation. THERE IS NO HARDNESS IN PENIS, NO THICKNESS/LENGTH HAS ALSO COME DOWN. I TOOK HOMES/AYUR/ALLOPATHIC TREAT5EMENT WHO ARE specialized IN THSI FIELD BUT OF NO USE. Good evening sir/madam, My father age 65 years old. His left kidney was damaged on July 2017. Drs are operated and removed left kidney .and in 2012 years he was operated bypass surgery for heart. And present in 2018 years 17 the February night at 10-30 pm he was unconscious condition 1 hr. From 10-30 pm to 11-30 pm. On that time from his mouth foaming type water and little bit of blood was came, on that time his condition was unconscious. After wake up also he don't know any thing. After wake up his condition is normal. Why that unconscious problem occurred. And on 18 th we went to hospital Dr. s are advised brain MRI and eeg.in that eeg are normal report, but in MRI report impression (1) small vessel ischemic changes (2) T2/Flair hyperintensity in right mastoid air cells-S/o Right mastoiditis. 3) Micro Leeds in right thalamus-----hypertensive/amyloid angiopathic changes. Sir please tell me what is the problem and what medicine is good for him suggest him. Hear Dr. Rx these below medicines 1) EpiLive 500 2) Clobanil 10 Sir please suggest to my father.

Hello Doctor, Near neck lymph is swelled and I have taken anti biotic medicine but not reducing and again taken fnac test and doctor given another medicine. Doctor said if it’s not reduced it may have to remove is it correct? Below is the details: swelling in the left side of neck since 1 month physical examination firm to hard cervical lymph node with tenderness, level ii, left side, about 3 cm x 3 cm fnac - granulomatous lymphadenitis with abscess formation (+) rx treatment plan/notes medications: cap. Nexpro rd 40 mg one cap (30 mins before food) once daily morning for 5 days (1-0-0) tab. Ceftum 500 one tab two times daily for 5 days (1-0-1) tab. Signoflam one tab two times daily for 5 days (1-0-1) tab. Ciplox 500 mg one tab two times daily for 5 days (1-0-1)

Duphaston- d16-d25 5. primolut n qd-d3-d23 pp-92 fasting- 78 serum sgpt (alt)-18 tsh-1.59 fsh-6.90 lh-26.13 prolactin-25.57 vitamin d3- 3.75 total leucocyte count- 9260 haemoglobin 13.5 gm/dl neutrophil 68 % lymphocytes 23 % monocyte 04 % eosinophil 05 % basophil 00 % rbc -normochromic & normocytic platelet -adequate esr -37 usg report of lower abdominal kidney--right-90left-92 mm ureters- not diluted urinary bladder - smooth uterus-normal and size centrally placed and 13 mm thickness uterus measure - 84x43x35 mm adnexa both ovaries reveal multiple tiny follicles in subcapsular region & hyperechoic central stroma. Right ovary 39x20 mm left ovary 37x22 mm no free fluid or sol is seen in pouch of douglas. Impression - polycystic ovaries.
