So you have 2 wounds now and one with minor bleeding.
If you have multiple wounds or bleeding or if the scratch is deep, the place you are getting vaccinated might also give you a rabies immunoglobulin injection.
Since it has been 3 days since your last dose of the vaccine, it would be better you showed them the wound directly.
But otherwise, if your wound isnât deep or isnât bleeding, you can continue the current regimen after washing the wound with running water for 15 mins.

If previously immunized person is bitten by a rabid dog within 3 months of completing full course of vaccine no need to take vaccine again. If more than 3 months then 1 dose delivered intramuscular on day 0 and day 3 is enough. Immunoglobulin not indicated.
