Dear user a picture of ulcers in the mouth would be very helpful to clinch the diagnosis. If possible send me a picture. For time being you can take:
1 -vit b complex 1 tablet daily for 15 days
2-metronidazole, chlorhexidine and lidocaine containing ointment (rexidin-m forte gel) to be applied over the ulcers thrice daily
3- in initial days avoid hot and spicy food, preferably liquid or semisolid diet. I hope it will help, thank you.

It seems that there is nothing wrong with her blood profile so the thing left is health of your sister's gums. Any infection/ inflammation of gums leads to bleeding, so get her teeth cleaning done again and tell her to maintain oral hygiene good. You may need to take some antibiotics and vitamins. But to prevent recurrences you have to be very punctual about hygiene measures. Do visit your dentist once in 3 months initially and 6 months later on.

Dear lybrate-user, at your fathers age excessive saliva in throat after eating is normal. Asfar as the clicking sound is concerned had it been associated with pain there could be cause for alarm. The treating doctor has just given you calcium supplements which every aged individual requires and an antiseptic mouthwash. Why zerodol sp an analgesic is beyond my comprehension. Otherwise everything is fine and no need to worry.
