stop all those medications. As metrogyl itself can cause acidity n gas. You can take Homieopathic medicine Arsenic alb 200 (4 pills) twice a day for 2 days. Tab Mag Phos 12X (2tabs) after 15 minutes of meal. You will get cure.
Along with it
*Have light food. Dal rice. Curd khichdi.
*Avoid spicy in any form.
