Hello, Thanks for the query.
Your ACR seems fine. Please mention your serum creatinine (mg/100 ml) and urea concentration to calculate eGFR. Also mention the fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Plus give following details : dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise being done, lipid profile, weight and height. On going through all the parameters I will be able to give specific comments. Gerd is gastroesophagial reflux disease. Reflux is due to abnormality in antireflux mechanism either due to functional or structural problems. Structural problems like large hiatal hernia needs to be corrected doing surgery otherwise it recurs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Your diabetes is controlled not only cuz you are exercising and eating healthy but also cuz you are on two medication as a combination in Janumet. It is quite possible that by stopping medication your sugars me become deranged, so unless you are experiencing any side-effects please continue the medications and if you are experiencing some side-effects, then please consult your treating diabetes specialists for alternative medications.
