Try to have some good fiber content food like lots of green veggies and fruits and drink warm lemon water or tea once in the morning and 2-3liters of water everyday. Make a habit of having morning walk for 15-20min. All these help to improve your bowel movements.

I read your post. Bothered with constipation/irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. Also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat. Add fruits of season to lunch.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end gheeprepretions hotel foods spacy, fast, junck foods. Take simple veg home made food with salad, green vegitabales. You should go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s, Lft . blood sugar , Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy).Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy).
An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography).

Irritable bowel syndrome treatments include diet and lifestyle changes and medications. Some foods can worsen ibs -related constipation. It seems you too have constipation. I will suggest you to-
