1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
2. Increasing the fibre in your diet
3. Increasing your fluid intake
4. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods
5. Maintain active life style

There are numerous side effects of chronic use of liquid laxatives. Rather use isabgol husk 2tsp twice a day wd luke warm water continuously. Take fresh fruits. Drink 1 glass of luke warm water mixed with 2 tsp honey and half lemon continuously.

- Your problem could be due to your diet & less water intake, have fruits, vegetables, avoid gas forming vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, radish, tomato, raw onion & garlic , dairy products
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion
- take tablet Pan40, 1 tablet half an hour before breakfast
- reduce weight if overweight.

Few things are necesary after c-sec to avoid constipation: Diet rich in fibre, plenty of fluids , and most importantly mobility.Make sure you move about enough.Normally constipation sould not last this long.
