Regesterone is not a contraceptive pill, it does not act as a post-coital contraceptive if you miss your periods then do your urine pregnancy test.

Registeron is progesterone only. If your pregnancy test is +ve and you had periods? Last month, strong suspicion of ectopic gestation. Do ser. Beta hcg and if it is more than 1500 iu with no gestational sac with tvs in uterine cavity it is ectopic, obstetrical emergency.

One needs to do pregnancy test (if sexually active) and if negative other tests plus hormonal treatment so meet gynecologist.
