The core cause of weight gain is excessive food, mainly fried foods, sweets, party food, junk food, chips, colas. No amount of exercise can get rid of such excess food. One hour of exercise can get neutralised by one samosa only. 1. To lose weight make healthy food choices.

Thanks for the query.
You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning.
Try to eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.  Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
