1. Aim for permanent weight loss by change in food habits/lifestyle.
2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken in gaps between meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. Take 10-15 almonds per day. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc
5. Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in each meals.
6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Hello lybrate-user, we do not recommend medicines. You can do brisk waik. We can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners.

Your ideal weight should be 70 kg. For customised diet chart need to take diet recall and medical history as well for specific .but in general you can increase your water intake up to 3-4 litres. Start walking as well. Belly fat can be reduced by following small small tips if you follow religiously.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' ...more
