I have VITODOC O3 PLUS from morepen laboratories it has omega3 fatty acids, alpha lipotic acid, cyanocobalamin & chromium picolinate soft gel capsules. How often i can eat it as omega 3 fatty acid. Daily dose or not and for how long (one month) or continue as i take multi vitamins. Please advice thank you.

You can take this supplement once a day. It is quite safe to do so. But do not take other multivitamins along with this. It may lead to overdose of some specific compounds.

Diacerein can cause loose stools sometimes. These medications do not help if your arthritis is severe. Weight reduction and activity modification like avoiding squatting and sitting on the floor and thigh muscle strengthening exercises can help. If they do not they knee replacement is the final option.

I am a diabetes patient. My blood sugar levels are 140/220 Fasting and post lunch. I Consume whiskey almost every alternate day. 3 pegs of 60 ml. I do not exercise at all. Find difficulty in walking even for few metres. Can't balance myself. Always have a fear of falling. Specially on very smooth surfaces and uneven surfaces.

Now in order to help with the excretion of uric acid and dissolution of the stone (be it oxalate or uric acid stone) what should be prescribed nodosis ds or stone 1syrup also. No pill is safe for Gynecomastia correction. Gynecomastia is due to the presence of glandular tissue predominantly in most cases and does not go away with diet or pills or exercise.

Health Query

Currently I am using nu revo sebum control moisture at morning and tretinoin cream usp 0.02%w/w for 30 min at night. For facewash I use cetaphil gentle skin cleaner once in morning. Also sometimes when my face gets too dry at night I use cetaphil moisturizing cream but whenever I use it I have noticed that the next morning I get pimples over my forehead and cheeks. My face is of mixed type, middle forehead, nose and chin are oily and rest of the face normal type. I have heard a lot about minimalist brand and it's retinol, multipeptide, vitamin c, alpha arbutin, niacinamide, hydrolic acid, salicylic acid should I inculcate them in my daily routine. If yes then what should be used and at what time of the day. Also currently I am not using any sunscreen, so should I also include that in my daily routine and how to use it?

Kojic acid and arbutin in the cream will help in making the skin fair. Do not massage the cream but lightly apply it on the entire face and apply sunscreen over it.
