Hello lybrate-user,
your proteinuria is better, but still, it's high. At this stage it would be worthwhile to initiate a course of immunosuppressive medications
however, it depends upon serum albumin report and biopsy report.
Regards.

Hello lybrate-user, Welcome to Lybrate.
For your pain, you can try some oral analgesics like ibuprufen or paracetamol. Also you can go for pain relief ointments like diclofenac gel. But remember not to exhaust yourself with practicing overtime before your final test.
All the best!
