You r suffering from chronic gastritis. Take capsule pantop dsr bd empty stomach, sachet glutazene bd empty stomach, tab acogut 100 mg bd with meal. Syrup amlycure ds 1 tsf bd. Avoid tea, coffee, cauliflower, brinjal, peas, spicy food, tomato, alcohol etc. Do not drink water immediately after finishing food. Take a gap of at least half hour.

Don't be empty stomach or full stomach. Eat 4to5 times a day but not full stomach. Don't drink water after meal. Drink one or two glass of water after 40 or50 minutes of the meal. Avoid oily spicy and heavy food tea or soda and tobacco. If it is not possible to eat 4 to 5 times have some biscuits with you and use it when you feel your stomach empty. You can use chilled milk. this is of course, gastric disorder with hyper acidity due to irregular diatary habits, irregular intake, inedequate sleep, stress, anxiety, consumption of a little qty of water. When gastric disorder surges upward, causes pain in both d arms, chest making confused to that of cardiac disorder.

each medicine though has a dose and is to be used accordingly, its not fair neither correct to discuss the use of medicines without knowing the disease and the aim of prescribing medicines it will be best for you if you consult the doctor who has prescribed the medication.
