Ciplar n ciplar la are same medicines. But in your case your pharmacist has given you ciplar la 20, when you needed 40. Also ciplar la 40 is much costlier than ciplar 40.

But for depression continue betacap and zaptra, after 1 year I felt good, depression goes down, but there was some problem like concentration, confusion, memory problem, palpitations, from last 4 year I am taking those medicine, now I take zaptra in alternative days and betacap tr reduce 40 to 20 for last 3 month, how can I get rid off from those medicine? I don't want to get addicted, and I don't know is there any major side effects effect on brian and heart the main tension is that. Please try to help me doctor. Thank you.

Betacap is safe to use in paediatric age group and it's a common medicine given for headache in children. Don't worry about it but you have to follow your consultant 's advice.
