Ovarian cysts in the fetus are caused through maternal hormonal exposure usually hcg. Duphaston or proluton usually are not given in doses that can cause them. Treatment depends on their size. As many resolve spontaneously, they only require constant monitoring. It's better to wait after delivery and then decide further course of action.

You must have been explained when you started these that not getting periods is common with this type of family planning method.
