Hi beta blocker can be discontinued if only bp remains fine with amlodipine. I will suggest to change amlodipine to arb (telma) if kft is normal.

Your pulse rate of 122 is the upper limit of normal pregnant women. Kindly recheck at different occasion before starting the medicine. As metoprolol is category c drug. Which means no studies in human or animal done sufficiently to know its effect on pregnant women.
