Fr pregnancy you need complete work up of both of u.If want pregnancy you visit your gynae she will advice you test. Till then use mid part of cycle 10-20 day of cycle.

Hi. If you missed your period please get a pregnancy test. And as you have 3 miscarriages already. Did you ever get this apla test.
If not please get this done, based on the report. Treatment will be given to prevent miscarriage to some extent if positive report.
If the report is negative, then we have to evaluate other causes.
The changes in food habits or the food you taking will not cause these miscarriages. Do not worry about it much. U just need proper evaluation.

Yes, there is engorgement caused by water retention due to progesterone hormone. Reduce salt intake to bare minimum & take more potassium like oranges, lemons, amlas, bananas and other seasonal vegetables & fruits to counter the effect of salt & drink lots of water to flush out the toxins through urine.
