Hey lybrate-user,
These Symptoms are generally because of Irritable bowel syndrome. It is a functional disease and you need not worry about this. Add more fibres in your diet and try to stop having tea. Some medications on a regular basis can relieve these symptoms and to rule out any underlying disease you should get an USG whole abdomen.

Hi, I have been suffering from incomplete evacuation from last 7 years. Have been to a colorectal surgeon and all my reports of colonoscopy, endoscopy are normal. Anorectal manometry was also normal and the report had also specified capacious rectum with increased rectal compliance. My stool had been soft but still facing incomplete evacuation problem. Tried with Ayurvedic medicines thinking it would be constipation but it caused me to go to loo 3 or 4 times a day still with incomplete evacuation. Had taken medicines like rifaximin 2 weeks course couple of times in a year, econorm and husk granules powder. Recently had been to a different doctor and he had prescribed prucalopride. Every day I need to digitally evacuate soft stool 3 or 4 times. Won't get urge need to go to bathroom and digitally help myself. Didn't understand whether it is constipation or diarrhea because stool is soft and incomplete evacuation. Please help.

There are few suggestions: you are suffering from constipation not diarrhea. Diarrhea is drug induced
one is optimal control / management of hypothyroidism is required. That is your tsh levels
to rule out any other metabolic problem like diabetes
take plenty of water and fibre in diet
be active physically
continue prucalopride
meet a gastroenterologist with all your reports, if symptoms persist.
