Any stress in her life, if all is ok than there could be deficiency of vitamin d, first you take her for vitamin d, calcium and hemoglobin levels checked.
Than let me know after that go to the physician.

Give her seacod fish liver oil capsules, 1 capsule daily after breakfast.

It can be because of cervical spondylosis. U need to do X-ray of cervical spines. A person can ease the symptoms of cervical pain/spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises.

Keep your body straight.
