Just take steam for at least 15 minutes twice a day. I guess you might b fit. You r suffering from a sort of allergy due to any eatable or any other thing. Th secretion caused by allergy got collected in your sinuses to cause swelling n might b headache also.

Hi,
as 10% of your problem is still left, better to avoid swimming at this stage although you will wear protective goggles, but somehow chances for exposure to infection increases. Take rest for few more days, let your eye problem get completely cured, only then think of re-starting swimming classes again.

You need to avoid eating processed carbs & fats rich food like bakery, confectionery, refined flour made foods and minimise intake of white sugar, refined oils & salt. Grains like wheat and rice based foods should be eaten in moderation. Eat more foods that are rich in fibre and nutrients like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds.

There is no cure for this disease till date now. But if you have pain relief with medicines, hot fomentation and analgesics and some physiotherapy, then you may continue. If you take advise of dietitian that will be of help to you.
