I understand difficulty you are facing in this tuff time. You should avoid taking hot or cold food intake. Also avoid chewing from that side as pain may worsen. Norma level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency. Hye.
Just a rise in the serum potassium levels may not indicate breakdown of rbc when blood was taken for test (need to repeat test in that case), excessive muscle breakdown due to many factors, too much supplementation, kidney disorders, dehydration, alcoholism etc.
You need to correlate with other parameters and signs to give a more accurate diagnosis.
