I being a neurologist its difficult to comment on the problem you are facing. But my sincere advise will to get hold of a decent psychiatrist or a institute/medical college with a psychiatrist for proper treatment. You should not neglect it and these can be treated. At the moment you seem to be getting a cocktail of medicines and this needs to be relooked at for better treatment.

It will be highly beneficial for you if you would try combination therapy i.e. Medicines along with psychotherapy. Anxiety disorders require regular counselling sessions along with medecines. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for the same along with the treatment by the psychiatrist.

Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

The healthiest way to deal with a panic attack is to acknowledge it. Try not to fight your symptoms. But keep reminding yourself that they will pass.
