Medication to be taken lifelong unless until proven otherwise and generic medication can be used and few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water

Yes it is time that you should be concerned about what is the actual problem that is causing all these symptoms for your mom. These symptoms can be either due to heart or kidney, but for that we need to get her investigated. You should get the following tests done - RFT, Lipid Profle, LFT, ECG and a good Echo and the consult a cardiologist near you or you can take her to cardiologist and then get a proper evaluation done.

Creatinine 3.8 is matter of gr8 concern. Avoid use of pain killers called nsaids. Ask your Dr. about torsemide 10 mg morning daily.
