Hello..
First of all you need to know her hemoglobin ..
Important to have her hemoglobin above 8 gm%
Get her USG done to confirm the location and duration of pregnancy..
If pregnancy is less than 9 weeks , medical management with mifepristone and misoprostol is quite successful ( success rate is more than 95%).
However it’s important to counsel that in 5% of cases there may be incomplete abortion or heavy bleeding requiring surgical abortion and blood transfusion..

Hello-
kulathi is a very good stone dissolver, if you are not facing any stone than it might be possible that your stone is flushed out or it might become so small to cause obstruction hence pain. Don't stop kulthi, stop your alpha blocker and continue neeri syrup 2 tsp twice daily from now on to remove stone completely and to prevent its recurrence.
