Hello Dr. My tnf alpha level is 86, how severe will this affect pregnancy? I was advised to take wysolone 5 mg after ovulation daily once to conceive and continue for 3 months if I conceive. Is there will be any side effects due to this tablet? Is there any better treatment available to make the tnf alpha level normal. I have been married 3+ years now and not conceived despite all levels are normal, my doctor suggested to do this test after 6 iui failed attempts.
