1)Take [DIPROL tab-25mg]twice a day [morning and bedtime] regularly

I suppose baby is not having fever and taking feed well and if weight is about 3.75 to 4.0 kg, you need not to worry. There is no need of either ambrodil or antibiotic which are of no use. Vomiting after feed is usually regurgitaion. Burping and right posture is solution. Saline nasal drop is safe and may be effective.

I am assuming as some is not clear that u had medical termination of pregnancy of less than 6 weeks 1 month 7 days earlier. I hope you confirmed that termination was proper by Ultra 15 days after treatment.Then you got your period day before yesterday. For vomiting meet medical practitioner as only after examination advise can be given. As far as last intercourse giving rise to pregnancy or not time only can say.
