Periset 2Mg/5Ml Syrup belongs to the antiemetics drug group which is used to treat nausea as well as vomiting, caused by surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. This medication blocks the chemical serotonin from releasing in your gut and your central nervous system. Periset 2Mg/5Ml Syrup is available in four different forms i.e. tablet, disintegrating ()dissolving) tablet, solution and film. It can be taken orally. This medication also comes in an IV (intravenous) form that can be injected to your body. You can take it with food or without food.
If you are allergic to Periset 2Mg/5Ml Syrup and other medications that block serotonin, along with other allergies, you must visit a doctor. The doctor must also know about the medical history of yours that whether you had problems such as liver disease, irregular heartbeat and stomach or intestinal problems in the past. If you are undergoing treatment for depression or any psychiatric disorder., you must discuss it with your doctor.
