As far as I understand by the details given, it seems he has parkinsonism + anxiety related issues following a stressor. Ideally, he does'nt need so many medications. But, unless I get more details, it is difficult to tell conclusively. Kindly make sure that patient himself consults so that I can gather more details and guide him properly or take him to nearest psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.
